	Reward is headed by Simon Greenall. The extensive series uses highly experienced authors for the General Resource Pack, Business Resource Pack, Practice Books and Grammar and Vocabulary workbooks.
		Simon Greenall Simon Greenall is the key author of the Reward Series. He came into the field of EFL after completing an MA in Modern Languages at the University of Oxford and taught extensively in England and France before becoming an author in 1982. He has subsequently written and co-written no less than 11 coursebooks and supplementary materials; his most recent project being Reward. He was President of IATEFL from April 1997 to March 1999 and is presently Chair of the association. Simon is a key speaker at EFL conferences around the world. Simon Greenall interview.
		Sue Kay Sue Kay is the author of the Reward General Resource Packs. She is a joint-Director at the Lake School and responsible for materials design and courses for teachers which give particular emphasis on creating, using and adapting communicative teaching techniques to suit individual classroom situations. Sue also spends much of her time giving talks and workshops to native and non-native English language teachers in many different countries. Sue is the co-author on the new Macmillan Heinemann ELT course for adults, Inside Out. more authors
